Girls UIL Basketball Championships Detail

On 6,7,8 March the Color Guard performed at the Frank Erwin Center for the 2009 UIL Girls Championships. The NCOIC of the team, C/ SMSgt Emily Claghorn said that the team was "Exceptionally in sync and it was one of the very best color guard details."  When we return next year the Color Guard will be even better than this year.

The new color guard

With the new UMD inevitably comes a whole new set of leadership for the corps.  New commander, C/2LT Emily Claghorn, and her NCO C/A1C Alex Smith hope to reform and crack down on Color Guard.  Implementing more discipline, to get the competition quality color guard the corps needs.
